Detached house a stone's throw from the Poseidon Shopping Center and 5 minutes by car from the sea. In a strategic position it is possible to easily reach both the Palermo Airport and the city center, and also the tourist resorts and beaches of Isola delle femmine, Capaci, Cinisi, Terrasini, Balestrate are just a few minutes by car from our little house that will always welcome you to relax on warm summer evenings and beyond. The space Casa Le Tremar is located on the ground floor with independent access to a large courtyard where you can park up to two cars and equipped with garden furniture and an outdoor shower. The house is accessed via a small patio furnished with a table and chairs for eating outdoors, in the same patio there is a comfortable barbeque for roasting your ribs and much more. Upon entering there is a complete kitchen equipped with a dining table for four people, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine and kettle. Two comfortable bedrooms, both double and equipped with a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with shower and bidet. To complete the amenities free wifi and air conditioning, towels and sheets are included, . Guest access Free and exclusive parking inside the structure which is at the complete disposal of guests. Transfers to/from the airport, car rental and boat trips are available upon reservation. Other aspects to take into consideration Being close to the motorway we recommend having a car in order to move more easily to the nearby locations. Remember to make the reservation with the exact number of guests who will be staying in the house and promptly report the subsequent entry of additional guests compared to the reservation.
